Great opportunity: scullery hand (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
