Urgent requirement: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Gibson County, Tennessee. You will work at an accident repair garage. Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
