Hotel receptionist wanted in Inverclyde

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hotel receptionist in Inverclyde, Scotland. Day to day you will monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk; verify ID and payment details against the booking record. Requirements: • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
