Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Lagos State. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
