Guest service agent wanted in Burutu

Now hiring: we are hiring a guest service agent in Burutu, Delta State. On a typical shift you will answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests; run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift. What we are looking for: • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
