Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Crosby County, Texas. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
