Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Charles County, Maryland. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing.
