Falsework carpenter wanted in Rockingham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing On a typical shift you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
