Stainless steel welder — Nkanu East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. On a typical shift you will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
