Aluminium workshop fabricator • Frederick County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Frederick County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames Requirements: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
