Gang bricklayer wanted in Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Union County, Illinois. You will work at a residential building site. Day to day you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Part-time with flexible hours. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
