Rigger — Clay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Clay County, Indiana. The job is at a power plant. Day to day you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
