We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Brooks County, Texas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
