Your main tasks: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Overtime paid at a premium rate.
