Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Clark County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
