Digger driver • Decatur County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a digger driver in Decatur County, Indiana. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. Day to day you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
