Vacancy available: site carpenter (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in Clark County, Indiana. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. On a typical shift you will lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
