External wall insulation fitter — City and Borough of Salford

Immediate opening: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in City and Borough of Salford, England. You will work on a construction site. Day to day you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
