You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
