Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in St. Francis County, Arkansas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
