Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
