Now hiring: we are hiring a beldar in Montcalm County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Six days a week, one day off. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
