What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray.
