Excavator operator — Martin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an excavator operator in Martin County, North Carolina. The job is on a housing development site. You will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Part-time with flexible hours. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
