Groundworker • Baker County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Baker County, Florida. You will work on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
