Immediate opening: we are hiring a gardener in Essex County, Massachusetts. You will work in a botanical garden. On a typical shift you will operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
