Now hiring: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Union County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Six days a week, one day off.
