Fabricator-welder — Fairfield County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Fairfield County, Ohio. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints 3+ years on the tools preferred.
