Laundry presser wanted in City of Suffolk

Vacancy available: we are hiring a laundry presser in City of Suffolk, Virginia. You will be based in a garment export house. The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Full-time, day shift.
