Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Douglas County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
