Self-assembly furniture fitter • Gubio, Borno State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a self-assembly furniture fitter in Gubio, Borno State. The job is at a new-build apartment during handover fit-out. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble office furniture: desks, task chairs, partitions and workstations • Carry out a final check that every door, drawer and panel is square and stable • Read flat-pack assembly manuals and lay out all parts and hardware before starting • Assemble wardrobes, beds, cabinets, desks and bookshelves from flat-pack panels • Anchor tall furniture to the wall with anti-tip straps and brackets You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to complete jobs within the quoted time • Own van or vehicle to carry tools and parts between jobs • Own tool kit: screwdrivers, Allen keys, spirit level, tape measure, rubber mallet 6+ years on the tools preferred.
