Kitchenhand — Starr County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Starr County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff We offer $30 per hour plus benefits.
