Cnc setter-operator — Crawford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Crawford County, Iowa. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
