Brick mason — Pulaski County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Pulaski County, Virginia. You will be based on a new-build development. Your main tasks: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
