Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Swift County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper.
