Shuttering carpenter • Wallace County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Wallace County, Kansas. You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Your main tasks: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
