Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Lamoille County, Vermont. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
