Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Bonneville County, Idaho. You will be based on an industrial construction site. The role involves: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Part-time with flexible hours.
