Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Your main tasks: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Six days a week, one day off.
