Bread baker wanted in Genesee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Genesee County, New York. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift.
