Urgent requirement: tracked excavator operator (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Lawrence County, Arkansas. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. The role involves: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
