Decorator — Knox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a decorator in Knox County, Nebraska. The job is in a factory paint shop. The role involves: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
