Canteen cook wanted in Nottinghamshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Nottinghamshire, England. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Full-time, day shift.
