Join our team: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy building site. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
