Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in San Patricio County, Texas. You will be based at a container port. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
