Powder coating line operator — Allen County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Allen County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
