We are recruiting: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. You will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
