Lift maintenance fitter • Washington County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Washington County, Indiana. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways The role involves: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake 2+ years on the tools preferred.
