Fabricator-welder wanted in Nueces County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Nueces County, Texas. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Rotating shifts.
