MIG/MAG welder • Fayette County, Kentucky

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Fayette County, Kentucky. You will be based at an automobile body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
